Common use of Minimum Call-In Time Clause in Contracts

Minimum Call-In Time. Any bargaining unit member called in to work on a day when the bargaining unit member is not schedule to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate overtime rate or be utilized as paid leave within the next 30 days.
