Common use of Minimum Call-In Time Clause in Contracts

Minimum Call-In Time. a. Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours’ pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement. b. Each bus driver who returns to work outside of, and not adjacent to, his/her regularly scheduled work time, in order to drive a bus trip, shall receive a minimum of (2) hours pay, paid at the legally required rate.
