MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS. I will abide by the MINIMUM STANDARDS listed below. Failure to do so can result in removal from AFJROTC program. (1) I will maintain proper personal hair/grooming standards while enrolled in AFJROTC as instructed (specific requirements below). (2) I will contact the instructor prior to doing anything to my appearance that might affect wear of the AFJROTC uniform. (3) I will properly wear the AFJROTC uniform as instructed and wear it the entire school day unless otherwise directed. Failure to wear the uniform (or wear it properly) three times in one quarter may result in an overall grade of “F” for that quarter. (4) I will dry-clean my uniform pants and Service Coat on a regular basis and maintain it as necessary. I will launder my light blue shirts after each wear as necessary. If I damage my uniform by improperly cleaning it, I will be responsible for the damages. (5) I will wear the issued Physical Training Gear (shorts or sweatpants/shirt or sweatshirt) with athletic shoes and participate in the PT activities. These two areas will determine my weekly PT grade (50 points PT Uniform, 50 points participation). (6) I will put full effort into learning individual and group drill movements per Air Force Manual 36-2203, Drill and Ceremonies . (7) I will participate in team activities and field trips to the best of my ability. (8) I will NOT be involved in any inappropriate or illegal behavior as defined in the District Code of Conduct. (9) I will NOT wear any visible facial piercings (Other than earrings, authorized for female cadets only).

MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS. In addition to providing to students a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and expertly delivering course content, an Adjunct is also a member of an academic department, which may entail professional expectation specific to that area. The Adjunct is expected to: 1. Provide by the published deadline all necessary data related to attendance verification and the submission of final grades; 2. Provide constructive feedback to all student work and do so in a timely manner; 3. Answer in a timely manner all relevant communications from students and the department; 4. Participate in all relevant College-wide and department-specific assessment efforts; 5. Follow relevant department guidelines in all aspects of course content management and delivery; and 6. Provide clear guidelines and have reasonable by department standards expectations in assessing student work.

  • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • Project/Milestones Taxpayer provides refrigerated warehousing and logistic distribution services to clients throughout the United States. In consideration for the Credit, Taxpayer agrees to invest in a new refrigeration and distribution facility in the XxXxxxxxx Park area of Sacramento, California, and hire full-time employees (collectively, the “Project”). Further, Taxpayer agrees to satisfy the milestones as described in Exhibit A (“Milestones”) and must maintain Milestones for a minimum of three (3) taxable years thereafter. In the event Taxpayer employs more than the number of full-time employees, determined on an annual full-time equivalent basis, than required in Exhibit A, for purposes of satisfying the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” Taxpayer may use the salaries of any of the full-time employees hired within the required time period. For purposes of calculating the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” the salary of any full-time employee that is not employed by Taxpayer for the entire taxable year shall be annualized. In addition, the salary of any full-time employee hired to fill a vacated position in which a full-time employee was employed during Taxpayer’s Base Year shall be disregarded.

  • Service Levels All service level requirements will be set forth in Exhibit A (“XXXX.xxx Referral Service Level Requirements”). Recipient Xxxxxx agrees to adhere, and encourage Recipient Agent’s adherence, with the version of the XXXX.xxx Referral Service Level Requirements in effect at the time XXXX.xxx identifies the Referral to Recipient Broker/Agent.
