Common use of Minimum Overtime Clause in Contracts

Minimum Overtime. No employee(s) shall be required to work overtime against their wishes when other employees who are qualified to do the work are available to perform the required work. In the event that no employees are willing to work overtime, the least senior employee qualified to do the work and who is present at the worksite will be required to do so.
