Minimum Time Allowance. The Director shall be allowed at least the following minimum time period after completion of assembly of sequences for the preparation of the Director’s Cut: For Theatrical Films: a) Budgeted at $1,000,000 or less, 4 weeks; b) Budgeted at $2,000,000 or less but more than $1,000,000, 6 weeks; c) Budgeted at more than $2,000,000, 8 weeks. For Mini-Series, Movies for Television and Pilots: a) Having a running time of 30 minutes or less, within one day plus time and the opportunity to make changes, if necessary, but not to exceed one more day; b) Having a running time of 60 minutes or less, but more than 30 minutes, within 4 days; c) Having a running time of 90 minutes or less, but more than 60 minutes, within 15 days; d) Having a running time of 2 hours or less, but more than 90 minutes, within 20 days; e) Having a running time of more than 2 hours, 20 days, plus 5 days for each additional hour in excess of 2 hours. For Series: a) Having a running time of 30 minutes or less, within one day plus time and the opportunity to make changes, if necessary, but not to exceed one more day; b) Having a running time of 60 minutes or less, but more than 30 minutes, within 2 days; If the assembly of sequences of the Film is not completed at the close of principal photography, then the above minimum time allowances shall not commence to run until after such assembly is completed, unless delay in the completion of the assembly of the Film beyond the close of principal photography is caused by the Director.
Minimum Time Allowance. The Director shall be allowed at least the following minimum time allowances for the preparation of the Director's cut:
Minimum Time Allowance. 27.10.1 An Employee who is directed to and actually undertakes duty on any day or shift will be paid a minimum of four (4) hours’ pay. 27.10.2 Except as otherwise prescribed in this clause, an Employee who is directed to report for duty and upon reporting is not required, will be paid as for two (2) hours and must not be recalled for duty until they have had the prescribed time off work. 27.10.3 An Employee who is booked for duty at a specified time, and whose services cannot be utilised due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, will be notified that they are not required, by message left at their place of residence or accommodation as agreed, as soon as possible, but at least two (2) hours before the time due to sign on.
Minimum Time Allowance. The minimum time allowance for all scheduled runs shall be eight (8) hours inclusive of the allowance to pull out.

  • Travel time allowance All employees shall be paid an allowance (See Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance shall also be paid for rostered days off.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Expense Allowance Out of the proceeds of each Closing, the Company also agrees to pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (a) a management fee equal to 1.0% of the gross proceeds raised in each Offering; (b) $35,000 for non-accountable expenses (to be increased to $50,000 in case of a public Offering); (c) up to $50,000 for fees and expenses of legal counsel and other out-of-pocket expenses (to be increased to $100,000 in case of a public Offering); plus the additional amount payable by the Company pursuant to Paragraph D.3 hereunder and, if applicable, the costs associated with the use of a third-party electronic road show service (such as NetRoadshow); provided, however, that such amount in no way limits or impairs the indemnification and contribution provisions of this Agreement.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.
