MINOR PARTICIPANTS. Minors are required to have a legal guardian or authorized adult read and sign, verifying that the legal guardian/authorized adult has read and understands this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms.

MINOR PARTICIPANTS. In the event any of Licensee’s participants at the Event are Minors (defined as persons under the age of 18 unless accompanied by an adult family member over 18), all of the requirements set forth on Appendix A, attached hereto, shall apply and be satisfied by the Licensee for the duration of the Event.
MINOR PARTICIPANTS. If I am accepting this Agreement on behalf of a Minor Participant, I represent that I am such Minor Participant’s parent or legal guardian, I agree, consent to, join in and approve this Agreement on my own behalf and on behalf of such Minor Participant, and I acknowledge and agree that I and the Minor Participant are bound by all the terms of this Agreement. By accepting this Agreement without a parent or legal guardian’s acceptance, I represent I am at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
MINOR PARTICIPANTS. If Participant is a child under the age of 18, he or she must have a letter from a parent or legal guardian and provide emergency contact information. DEPOSITS: All deposits are NON­REFUNDABLE. (Exception set forth below.) Xxxxxx Xxxxx strongly encourages Participants to purchase travel insurance. Xxxxxx Xxxxx explicitly reserves the right to cancel the event at any time at its sole discretion. If the event is cancelled by Xxxxxx Xxxxx pursuant to this paragraph, all fees, including deposits, will be refunded by check within thirty (30) days of the scheduled event. Please note that, in the event of cancellation, Xxxxxx Xxxxx is not responsible for reimbursement of travel or other miscellaneous expenses incurred by the Participant.
MINOR PARTICIPANTS. In consideration of Xxxxxxx Community Church (BCC) allowing my child (Participant) to participate in the Activities that are sponsored, hosted by, or otherwise related to BCC, I agree as follows:
MINOR PARTICIPANTS. OSU-Tulsa requires the sponsoring organization provide one (1) adult per every ten (10) minor participants. “Minor participants” is defined as any person under the age of 18 associated with Permittee. These adult staff will be responsible for: (a) preventing excessive noise and inappropriate behavior in rooms, parking lots and common areas. (b) Providing first aid services when/if necessary. Medical services are not the responsibility of OSU- (c) Immediately notifying OSU-Tulsa staff of problems with the facility or of any injuries.

  • Participants The Lender and its participants, if any, are not partners or joint venturers, and the Lender shall not have any liability or responsibility for any obligation, act or omission of any of its participants.
