Miscellaneous Leaves. (a) An Employee shall be entitled to leaves with pay and without loss of seniority for up to three (3) working days per school year for the following purposes and subject to the restrictions indicated: (i) Bereavement leave for aunt, uncle, niece, nephew or close personal friend as outlined in Article XIII, 13.02
