Miscellaneous Payments. Should WFBC receive a duplicate payment on an Account or other payment which is not identified, WFBC shall carry these sums as open items in its accounting and shall return any duplicate payment to the Account Debtor or apply such unidentified payment pursuant to the terms hereof upon proper identification and documentation. In the event WFBC receives payment on an Account which has not been purchased hereunder and can be identified as being the property of the Customer, such payment will be credited to the Customer’s Collected Reserve and released in accordance with this Agreement.
Miscellaneous Payments. Should WFBC receive a duplicate payment on a Purchased Account or other payment which is not identified, WFBC shall carry these sums as open items in its accounting, shall return any duplicate payment to the Account Debtor or apply such unidentified payment pursuant to the terms hereof upon proper identification and documentation and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify the Customer thereof (provided that WFBC’s failure to do so shall not be a breach of this Agreement). In the event WFBC receives payment on an Account which has not been purchased hereunder and can be identified as being the property of the Customer, such payment will be credited to the Collected Reserve Account and released in accordance with this Agreement.
Miscellaneous Payments. On each Deposit Date, the Servicer shall treat any Series 200_-_ Allocable Miscellaneous Payments as Available Noteholder Principal Collections and apply them as provided in Section 4.01(c) or (d), as appropriate, except that Series 200_-_ Allocable Miscellaneous Payments consisting of Adjustment Payments that were paid after their due date as per Section 3.9(a) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement, if the amount of such overdue Adjustment Payments has been included in the Monthly Dilution Amount for any prior Monthly Period, shall be treated as Allocable Non-Principal Collections and applied as provided in Section 4.01(b).
Miscellaneous Payments. On each Deposit Date, the Servicer shall treat any Series Allocable Miscellaneous Payments as Investor Principal Collections and apply them as provided in Section 4.1(c) or 4.1(d), as appropriate; provided, however, that any Series Allocable Miscellaneous Payments consisting of Adjustment Payments that were paid after their due date as per Section 3.9(a) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement, if the amount of such overdue Adjustment Payments has been included in the Monthly Dilution Amount for any prior Monthly Period, shall be treated as Investor Non-Principal Collections and applied as provided in Section 4.1(b).
Miscellaneous Payments. The Tenant shall be responsible for the following payments payable in respect of the Premises during the Term:-

Any amounts due to either Seller or Buyers under this PPA, other than those specified in Section 9.1 above, shall be paid within thirty (30) Days following receipt by the other Party of an itemized invoice from the Party to whom such amounts are due setting forth, in reasonable detail, the basis for such payment. If either Party is billed or credited for any charges, costs, fees, penalties, credits or other amounts properly payable by the other Party pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Party receiving such invoice shall deliver such invoice to the other Party and such other Party shall pay such invoice within thirty (30) days after receipt by the receiving Party.
Miscellaneous Payments. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, neither Party shall provide services or information to the other on a chargeable basis without the prior written agreement of such other Party, both as to such services or information and as to the charges and payment schedules therefor.

Miscellaneous Payments. 4.2.1 In addition to any other payments under this Agreement, at the Closing, an amount equal to all reserves, escrows and other cash applicable to the Property held by Lender shall be paid by Buyer to Seller, as evidenced by a statement of Lender or, if Lender shall refuse to give such statement, then by a statement of the managing agent for the Property, in the same manner as the balance of the cash portion of the purchase price is paid by Buyer to Seller. Any reserves, escrows or other cash applicable to the Property and not held by the Lender shall be distributed to Seller at or prior to the Closing.
