Personnel Files Definition: Personnel file is defined as the compilation of data, irrespective of medium, that is relevant to the teacher’s performance and evaluations. Upon written request, a teacher shall have the right to examine, during the regular school business hours, the teacher’s own evaluations and files generated within the School District.
MISCELLANEOUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. Probationary Period of Employment Employees (other than casual employees) will be subject to a six (6) month probationary period. At any time during the probationary period, the Company or employee can terminate the employment by giving one (1) week notice. Annual Performance Review Employees with their immediate supervisor will complete a performance review, in accordance with Company policies, as amended from time to time. The purpose of the performance review system is to: assess accountability for work outcomes and behaviours; assess continuous improvement in work practices; develop a work plan for the coming year;
