Model and Tools Improvement Program. The Contractor shall modify, maintain, test, document, verify and implement source code for portraying classes, methods, entities, objects, and processes in the CXXI military capability simulation environment. The primary objective of the Model and Tools Improvement Task during this POP is for software maintenance with improvements in quality, readability, reliability, stability, efficiency and usability of the core model and all associated support tools. A secondary objective is for model and tool software extensions/enhancements that directly support studies. The Contractor shall test and correct model deficiencies as they are identified. In direct support of studies and other related analytical study requirements, the Contractor shall design, modify, test, document, and verify routine upgrades to CXXI. As model improvements and study requirements evolve, the Contractor shall maintain and support software tools to streamline current processes in CXXI and post- processing; battlefield phenomenology and simulation methodology, environmental representation, extensions of model target acquisition and engagement functionality; and enhancements to core model functionality associated with representing changes in military organizations, operations, and capabilities. The Contractor shall respond to approved Model and Scenario Integration Tool Suite (SITS) user/integrator/developer submitted Feature Request/Bug/Task requirements via the CXXI issue tracking tool. The Contractor shall develop acceptance tests for modifications / additions to Model and SITS code. “Functional capability” is defined to mean, in the context of this performance work statement (PWS), the ability to design, expand, create, modify, delete, integrate, store, access, categorize, visualize, document, test, verify, retrieve and implement source code for portraying classes, methods, entities, objects, behaviors, and processes in the CXXI military capability simulation environment. Some data is stored in databases for use by the CXXI model or to be archived through the SITS Library. The Contractor shall support and maintain all previously delivered CXXI/SITS related Task Order tasks and projects. A few of the current tools include, but are not limited to, SITS Core Components, Fires Tool, Library Tool, Import/Export, Behavior Editor, Scenario Configuration Management, Aerial Context Sensitive Search Tool, Maneuvers. Model and Tools Improvement Program. The Contractor shall inform the Government in writing as to the technical reason they are unable to complete the minimum tickets for the given month and a proposed solution at the end of the month. The Contractor shall inform the Government in writing as to the technical reason they are unable to complete the minimum tickets for the given year and a proposed solution within 21 working days before the end of the TO. The Government will approve or deny the solution given by the contractor within 7 working days after receipt.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Hours of Work i) Where employees are now working a longer daily tour, the provisions set out in this Article governing the regular hours of work on a daily tour shall be adjusted accordingly.

  • Safety Where an employee is prevented from working at the employee’s particular function as a result of unsafe conditions caused by the inclement weather, the employee may be transferred to other work in the employee’s classification on site, until the unsafe conditions are rectified. Where such alternative is not available and until the unsafe conditions are rectified, the employee shall remain on site. The employee shall be paid for such time without reduction of the employees’ inclement weather entitlement.

  • Compassionate Leave (a) An employee is entitled to 2 days of compassionate leave for each occasion when a member of the employee's immediate family, or a member of the employee's household:

  • Payment Terms DXC agrees to pay Supplier the undisputed amount of an invoice within ninety (90) days after the receipt of a valid, complete and properly documented invoice. Any prompt payment discount will be calculated from the date a conforming invoice is received by DXC. Payment will be in U.S. currency unless otherwise stated. Payment will not constitute acceptance of Products and/or Services or impair DXC’s right to inspect. Acceptance shall be when DXC deems the Products and/or Services to meet its specified criteria (“Acceptance”). DXC, at its option, and without prior notice to Supplier, shall have the right to set off or deduct from any Supplier’s invoice, any credits, refunds or claims of any kind due DXC.

  • Long Service Leave All employees shall be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the relevant State Legislation. The employer will ensure that any registration necessary for the purposes of portable long service schemes will be undertaken.

  • Intellectual Property The Company and the Subsidiaries have, or have rights to use, all patents, patent applications, trademarks, trademark applications, service marks, trade names, trade secrets, inventions, copyrights, licenses and other intellectual property rights and similar rights necessary or required for use in connection with their respective businesses as described in the SEC Reports and which the failure to so have could have a Material Adverse Effect (collectively, the “Intellectual Property Rights”). None of, and neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has received a notice (written or otherwise) that any of, the Intellectual Property Rights has expired, terminated or been abandoned, or is expected to expire or terminate or be abandoned, within two (2) years from the date of this Agreement. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has received, since the date of the latest audited financial statements included within the SEC Reports, a written notice of a claim or otherwise has any knowledge that the Intellectual Property Rights violate or infringe upon the rights of any Person, except as could not have or reasonably be expected to not have a Material Adverse Effect. To the knowledge of the Company, all such Intellectual Property Rights are enforceable and there is no existing infringement by another Person of any of the Intellectual Property Rights. The Company and its Subsidiaries have taken reasonable security measures to protect the secrecy, confidentiality and value of all of their intellectual properties, except where failure to do so could not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY C8.1 The Contractor shall promptly notify the Authority of any health and safety hazards which may arise in connection with the performance of the Contract. The Authority shall promptly notify the Contractor of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at the Authority’s Premises and which may affect the Contractor in the performance of the Contract.

  • GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 7.01 For purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties relating to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable.
