Modernization Projects. Architect’s Basic Services also consist of the design services, including landscaping architectural services and landscape irrigation design, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services, normally required to complete the design of eleven (11) modernization projects under the Bond Program:  Bunker Elementary School;  Xxxxxx Elementary School;  Xxxxxxx Elementary School;  Lincoln Elementary School;  MacGregor Alternative School and Xxxxxxxxx Pre‐School;  Milani Elementary School;  Xxxxxx Elementary School;  Newark Junior High School;  Newark Memorial High School;  Xxxxxxxxx Elementary School; and  Snow Elementary School. The Basic Services under this Section 5.1.1.3 also include the services described in this Article 5 and the Agreement as may be applicable or necessary, including but not limited to bid package preparation, bid handling, preparation and processing of change orders, requests for information, and other contract administration duties for these eleven (11) sites.

  • Alignment with Modernization Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities The activities and services that the LPHA has agreed to deliver under this Program Element align with Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities and the public health accountability metrics (if applicable), as follows (see Oregon’s Public Health Modernization Manual, (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/oha/PH/ABOUT/TASKFORCE/Documents/public_health_modernization_man ual.pdf):

  • Improvement Plans a. An improvement plan is a clearly articulated assistance program for a teacher/counselor/SLP whose overall summative rating is ineffective.

  • Improvement Plan A written plan developed by the evaluator, utilized when a teacher received a Rating of Ineffective on his/her Evaluation or on any individual deficiency in the evaluation system.

  • Constructability Program 5.2.1 Implement and conduct a constructability program to identify and document Project cost and schedule savings opportunities. The constructability program shall follow accepted industry practices and be reviewed by Owner at design milestones. Whenever the term “value engineering” is used in conjunction with this Agreement or the Project, it has its commonly accepted meaning within the construction industry and does not imply the practice of professional engineering without a license. If any value engineering activities constitute the professional practice of engineering, then such activities shall be performed by an engineer licensed in Texas.

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All PROJECTS/SERVICES shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the DIRECTOR.

  • PRODUCTION STANDARDS The Company may establish minimum production standards applicable to Representative.

  • Construction Standards The Subrecipient and Developer shall ensure that all Approved Projects comply with the following requirements:

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.

  • WORKLOAD STANDARDS One (1) Direct Service Hour (DSH) will be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct services.
