Monitoring of the Program. The Borrower shall ensure that reporting on progress of the Program during the Program Period through periodic meetings is made by the Borrower’s Department of Budget and Management and relevant line agencies of the Borrower to DOF which will in turn, report to ADB. DOF will, as needed, hold consultative meetings with the private sector and development partner community to solicit their feedback on emerging regulations and the impact of Program implementation during the Program Period.
Monitoring of the Program. The Borrower shall cause MOF to (i) establish, within three (3) months after the Effective Date, and maintain a program performance evaluation system, which will include a data base on the status of policy measures and program indicators based on the Policy Matrix and the design and monitoring framework for the Program; (ii) monitor the implementation of the Program and its impacts; and (iii) submit to ADB quarterly reports on the implementation of the Program, including accomplishment of the measures set forth in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix. ADB shall also monitor the implementation of the Program through regular reviews and progress reports throughout the Program Period. Based on these reviews, modifications and improvements shall be considered. To facilitate such review, the Borrower shall assist ADB by providing relevant data and information in such detail as ADB may reasonably request and by facilitating consultations with related agencies and other key stakeholders as appropriate.
Monitoring of the Program. The Skilled Trades Committee shall meet on a quarterly basis to discuss the following issues:
1) To see that each prospective apprentice is interviewed and impressed with the responsibilities he/she is about to accept as well as the benefits he/she will receive.
2) To accept or reject applicants for apprenticeship subject to final approval by the Company as provided in Article 7 (d).
3) To hear and decide on questions involving apprentices which relate to their apprenticeship.
4) To determine whether the apprentices’s scheduled wage increase shall be withheld in the event that he/she is delinquent in his/her progress.
5) To offer constructive suggestions for the improvement of training on the job.
6) To certify the names of graduate apprentices ot the Registration Agencies and recommend that a Certificate of Apprenticeship be awarded upon satisfactory completion of the requirements of apprenticeship established herein. No certificate will be issued by the Registration Agencies unless recommended by the Committee.
7) To review the Supervisor’s quarterly report on each apprentice.
8) In general, to be responsible for the successful operation of the apprenticeship standards in the plant and the successful completion of the apprenticeship by the apprentices under these standards.
Monitoring of the Program. The Borrower shall (i) establish and maintain a Program performance evaluation system for the Program, which shall include a data base on the status of policy measures and Program indicators based on the Policy Matrix and the design and monitoring framework for the Program; (ii) monitor the implementation of the Program and its impacts; and (iii) submit to ADB six monthly reports on the implementation of the Program, including accomplishment of the measures set forth in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.
Monitoring of the Program. The Borrower shall ensure that MOF is responsible for: (a) establishing and maintaining a PPMS in a form and with a composition acceptable to ADB within 3 months after the Effective Date; (b) carrying out monitoring and evaluation of the Program, for at least 1 year after completion of the Program, or the Program Cluster (whichever is later); and
Monitoring of the Program. The Recipient shall ensure that reporting on impact of the Program following the Program Period is made by the Implementing Agencies to MOIC which will in turn, report to ADB. MOIC will, as needed, hold consultative meetings with stakeholders and development partner community to solicit their feedback on emerging regulations and the impact of Program Cluster.
Monitoring of the Program. The Recipient shall cause MOF to (i) establish and maintain a program performance evaluation system, which will include a data base on the status of policy measures and program indicators based on the Policy Matrix and the design and monitoring framework for the Program; (ii) submit to ADB semiannual reports on the implementation of the Program and accomplishment of the measures set forth in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix, which will describe progress made, and, any problem encountered and remedial actions taken; and (iii) submit to ADB a Program completion report within 3 months of Program completion.
Monitoring of the Program. The Borrower shall ensure that: (a) reporting on progress of, and refinements to, the Program through periodic meetings are made to BAPPENAS by the Implementing Agencies and the other relevant agencies of the Borrower, which in turn will report to ADB and relevant stakeholders; and (b) the CMEA part of the KKPPI Secretariat, in accordance with CMEA Regulation 1/2006, hosts regular consultative meetings with the private sector and development partner community to solicit their feedback on emerging regulations and the impact of Program implementation. Joint semi-annually reviews of the overall Program performance shall be undertaken by the Borrower with ADB during the Program Period.

The Borrower shall cause MOF to (i) establish, within three months after the Effective Date, and maintain a program performance evaluation system, which will include a data base on the status of policy measures and program indicators based on the Policy Matrix and the design and monitoring framework for the Program, (ii) monitor the implementation of the Program and its impacts, and (iii) submit to ADB quarterly reports on the implementation of the Program, including accomplishment of the measures set forth in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

The Recipient shall ensure that PPMU shall (i) establish and maintain a performance evaluation system for the Program, which shall include a data base on the status of policy measures and Program indicators based on the Policy Matrix and the design and monitoring framework for the Program; (ii) monitor the implementation of the Program and its impacts; (iii) submit to ADB semi-annual progress reports on the implementation of the Program, including accomplishment of the policy and institutional reforms set forth in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix; and (iv) submit to ADB a Program completion report at the end of the Program period.
