Mothers’ Health Care the Employer, in accordance with federal law shall provide a private area and sufficient time for full-time or regularly scheduled part- time employee postnatal mothers to tend to lactation needs. 19.16.1. Members of the bargaining unit who are assigned to the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) unit or who are division crisis negotiators shall receive a $500.00 per year differential or prorated share thereof to be paid in January of each year.
