Prior to the vote, it was noted that the resolution authorized a Board member to represent the school district at the meetings held by the Rhinebeck Collaboration. Xx. Xxxx indicated she would be interested. Xx. Xxxxxxx also expressed interest but deferred to Xx. Xxxx. Xx.
