Multicentre Publication. The Medical Center / Investigator acknowledges that this Study is conducted at multiple sites and that Medtronic has a legitimate interest in ensuring that a multi-center publication is the first publication to be released or presented regarding the completed Study. Accordingly, Medical Center / Investigator agrees that it will not independently publish, publicly disclose, present or discuss any results of or information pertaining to the Study until a multi-center publication is released; provided however, that if a multi-center publication is not released within one year after completion of the Study at all Study sites, Medical Center / Investigator will have the right to publish the results of and information pertaining to their activities conducted under this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this section.
