MUNICIPAL ASSESSMENTS. A district that proposes to provide limited waste disposal services may submit to the legal voters of the district a question with regard to granting the district assessment powers in substantially the form provided under section 1755. Authorized assessments must be shared by the member municipalities of the district under the same formula as guarantees are shared pursuant to section 1754.
MUNICIPAL ASSESSMENTS. SELLER represents that Seller has no knowledge of the existence of any municipal lien and/or assessment, nor improvements for which a lien or assessment could be levied in the future.
MUNICIPAL ASSESSMENTS. Landlord shall pay all municipal assessments with respect to the demised premises except any assessment that the City may make to the Tenant directly, for which the tenant is responsible. Landlord shall pay taxes, water & sewer.
MUNICIPAL ASSESSMENTS. 9.1 Seller has not received notice of the imposition of any special assessment as of the date of this Contract. Buyer shall be responsible to pay any special assessments for municipal improvements imposed suvsequent to the date of this Contract.
MUNICIPAL ASSESSMENTS. Landlord shall pay all municipal assessments with respect to the Leased Premises except any assessments, penalties or fines that are incurred due to the negligence or willful act of Tenant or any guest or invitee of Tenant or the violation of any state, local or city law, regulation, rule or ordinance substantially caused by the action or inaction of Tenant or any guest or invitee of Tenant including, but not limited to, any fines, penalties or assessments due to the violation of any City of Burlington noise ordinance, zoning ordinance or any law related to the consumption of alcoholic beverages or the use or possession of illegal substances, all of which Tenant shall pay and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless therefrom.
