MUTUAL RESPECT. Section 1. The Employer, the Union and the employees agree that all dealings between the parties shall be conducted with mutual respect. Section 2. Managers will, at all times, make every effort to hold in private any discussions of a disciplinary nature or regarding performance issues. Section 3.
