Common use of MUTUAL RESPECT Clause in Contracts

MUTUAL RESPECT. The District and the Union support a working environment in which all workers can work in an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust. In the event that either party identifies a specific incident in which an individual or group of individuals believes that they have not been treated respectfully, the District and the Union will meet to discuss the issue and determine an appropriate course of action. Complaints brought forward under this provision and the actions taken to resolve the issues, shall not be grieved under the provisions of Article 12 of this Agreement.
