Names and Addresses of Bargaining Unit Members. Within twenty-five (25) working days of the first day of each fall and spring term, the appropriate administrator shall provide the names, job titles, and District email or voicemail of all full-time and part-time bargaining unit members to the Association President or designee. Home addresses and any personal telephone numbers of all full-time and part-time bargaining unit members shall be provided to the Association. If the faculty member at any time requests that personal information be restricted from inclusion on this list, the request must be made in writing and submitted to the Office of Human Resources. This restriction remains in effect until such time the request is withdrawn by the faculty member.

Home addresses and telephone numbers (unless restricted) of all full-time and part-time bargaining unit members shall be provided to the Association provided the Association submits to the District written certification from the Association that the bargaining unit members have authorized the District to release the requested information.

  • Protection of Bargaining Unit Work The Employer shall not assign work normally performed by members of this bargaining unit to persons outside the bargaining unit, to the point that it directly results in the termination, layoff or reduction in normal hours of any bargaining unit member The Employer shall not enter into any agreement that restricts or purports to restrict in any way the employment of and assignment of work to Nurses covered by this Collective Agreement without prior consultation and discussion with the Union’s Labour Relations Officer for the life of this Agreement.   • Bargaining Unit Information The Employer agrees to provide the Union such information relating to Employees in the bargaining unit as may be required by the Union for the purpose of collective bargaining.

  • Bargaining Unit Roster Upon the signing of this Agreement and monthly thereafter, the Employer shall supply to the Union via a secured method an alphabetical list of all employees covered by this Agreement. The list shall include the name, address, employee identification number, date of hire, rehire date (if applicable), shift, FTE, job classification, department cost center number, unit, hourly rate of pay and monthly gross earnings. Each month, the Employer will provide a list of new hires and addresses, and a list of all employees who have terminated during the month via a secured method. The new hire and termination lists shall include the same data as the monthly employee roster except for monthly gross earnings. The termination list shall include the termination date. Within ninety (90) days of ratification, Swedish Medical Center and SEIU 1199NW will convene a work group including HRIS expert to explore a method for the Employer to provide a list of all employment changes for bargaining unit employees, via a secure site.
