National Training Fund. It is agreed that all Individual Employers covered by this Agreement shall contribute a sum as listed in SCHEDULE “A” for each compensable man hour of Operating Engineers, including supervisory employees when covered by this Agreement, employed by such Individual Employers in work contained in the term of this Agreement. Said contributions shall be made on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following the month in which the hours were worked to the International Union of Operating Engineers National Training Fund in the manner as set forth in the trust agreement of the said trust fund.
