NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP. Designated representatives of the Board and representatives of Teachers’ Council, who shall have been deemed with authority to negotiate on behalf of the respective parties, shall meet as provided herein for purposes of negotiating a successor agreement. The number of educators on the Teachers’ Council negotiating committee can be equal to, but not more than the number of the people on the Board/Administrative negotiating team.

NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP. Each negotiating team shall not exceed ten (10) members. In the event of a member's inability to be present at negotiations, that member may be replaced by another member of his/her group. Observers shall not be authorized except by mutual consent.

  • COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP 1. Local representatives on committees specifically established by this Collective Agreement shall be appointed by the local.

  • Negotiating Committee The Hospital agrees to recognize a Negotiating Committee comprised of representatives of the Association for the purpose of negotiating a renewal agreement.
