Included in the bargaining unit are all full-time and regular part-time employees in those positions approved and funded by the Employer (commonly referred to as "permanent" positions). Also included are all full-time and part-time employees, provisional employees and temporary employees (commonly referred to as "substitute") where such employee has been appointed by the Employer for a period of at least 12 consecutive weeks.
