NEGOTIATIONS OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. A. The successor agreement shall be negotiated on a time-table in accordance with New Jersey law in effect during the term of this Agreement.
NEGOTIATIONS OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. Notice of negotiations shall be submitted by SCESP not later than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of the current agreement. The date and time to begin negotiations shall be established mutually.
NEGOTIATIONS OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. DURATION
NEGOTIATIONS OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. 2.01 The Board and the Association agree to enter into collective negotiations over a Successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws 1974, as supplemented and amended, in a good faith effort to reach an agreement on terms and conditions of employment for employees in the unit as described in Article 1 - (Recognition), paragraph 1.01. Such negotiations shall begin in accordance with the time specifications of the Public Employment Relations Commission. (P.E.R.C.)
NEGOTIATIONS OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. The parties agree to enter into collective bargaining for a successor agreement not later than 180 days prior to June 30, 2026.
NEGOTIATIONS OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. The Association agrees to submit to the Board a proposed contract on or before October 1st of the calendar year preceding the calendar year in which this Agreement expires. The proposed contract as submitted shall include all demands on the part of the Association to be included in the successor Agreement. The Board shall acknowledge receipt of the proposed contract and submit its counter proposals to the Association within thirty (30) days. The parties hereto agree to commence collective negotiations no later than December 1 of the calendar year preceding the calendar year in which this Agreement expires provided no unforeseen emergency or unusual circumstances renders this impracticable or impossible.
NEGOTIATIONS OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. A. Deadline Date: In accordance with N.J.S. 34:13A-1 et seq., the Board and the Principals Unit agree to begin negotiations over a successor Agreement no later than February 1 of the last year of this contract.
NEGOTIATIONS OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall not be modified in whole or in part by the parties except by an instrument in writing duly executed by both parties. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiation over a successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974, in a good faith effort to reach agreement on the terms and conditions of secretaries' employment. Such negotiations shall begin in the calendar year preceding the calendar year in which this Agreement expires in accordance with applicable PERC rules. Any Agreement so negotiated shall apply to all secretaries in the bargaining unit as defined in Article I, be reduced to writing, be signed by the Board and the Association and be adopted by the Board.
NEGOTIATIONS OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. The parties agree to begin negotiations for a successor agreement no later than May 1, 2025. The parties agree to review insurance premium increases each May of this agreement and determine if premium increases warrant additional bargaining to reallocate compensation in years two through four of the agreement. Should the Association determine that a reallocation of compensation in years two through four is needed, negotiations for that purpose will begin no later than May 1st.
NEGOTIATIONS OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. A. The Board of Education shall establish a Board Policy to meet with the ABA for the purpose of discussing terms and conditions of employment. Such discussions shall begin no later than February 1st of the calendar year in which the contract expires.
