New Employee and Behavior Analyst Training. UNT agrees to work with the Xxxxxx SSLC Competency and Training Department (CTD) to present Positive Behavior Management Training (PBMS 1) and Advanced Positive Behavior Management and Supports Training (PBMS 2) for all new Denton SSLC employees not to exceed 32 hours per month. UNT agrees to make copies of course UNT facility staff that continues the Positive Behavior Management series. UNT will train the Behavioral Health Assistants (BHAs), as well as Behavior Health Specialists (BHS) and Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), from the HHSC to teach the OJT training. UNT will assume responsibility for scheduling staff to teach OJT sessions each training cycle. Each OJT training cycle is comprised of three sessions, scheduling and training is for sessions one and two of each cycle. Facility staff will continue to receive training from their Unit Behavior Health Specialists (BHS) and/or Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) during the third session. OJT is conducted by an average of 75% BHAs, or BHSs and/or BCBAs if BHAs are not available, and an average of 25% UNT staff. BHSs and BCBAs will continue to provide Behavior Services personnel with original OJT quizzes for their assigned individuals. Behavior Services personnel will make copies and provide those quizzes to UNT for each OJT training. UNT will provide Dr. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx and BARC personnel to present two CE workshops at the facility. Workshop # 1 will be a 2-hour ethics training and Workshop #2 will be a 2-hour presentation with the topic to be determined. UNT will provide Behavior Analysis Certification Board Type 2 continuing education credits for BCBAs eligible to earn them.

  • New Employee Orientation The Union will provide each agency personnel director with the names and addresses of up to two (2) authorized Union representatives per agency to receive notice of each formal orientation meeting held by the Department. The notice will be sent as soon as such meetings are scheduled (but not less than ten (10) days in advance) and will include date, time and location. Due to operational exigencies, agencies may schedule an orientation which will provide the Union with less than the requisite ten (10) days' notice; however the Union shall be notified as soon as possible after the scheduling of the orientation and the Union representative shall be released from duty. Agencies shall routinely schedule orientations in a manner that will allow for the ten (10) day advance notice to the Union. During the formal orientation, the Union will be permitted to give a twenty (20) minute presentation which may include an enrollment in supplemental Union benefits. The parties shall encourage employee attendance, although attendance shall not be mandatory if an employee objects to attending the presentation. In the event a formal orientation meeting is not held, or the Union is unable to attend the formal orientation because the designated Union representatives cannot be released under Article 4, the Employer shall allow the Union representative and the employee(s) to meet during duty hours at a mutually agreed upon time and location for twenty (20) minutes Employee participation in these meetings shall be encouraged although an employee shall not be required to attend such a meeting.

  • Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.

  • New Employee Orientations The County shall provide the Union written notice of County-wide new employee orientations, whether in person or online, at least ten (10) business days prior to the orientation. The notice shall include time, date, and location of the orientation. Representatives of the Union shall be permitted to meet with the new employees for up to thirty (30) minutes during a portion of the orientation for which attendance is mandatory. The Union shall provide the County at least five (5) business days prior to the orientation any materials it would like the County to distribute to new employees at the orientation. If the Union staff are unavailable, the County shall grant release time for one (1) union xxxxxxx to attend the orientation pursuant to Section 6.2.1 The County shall make best efforts to provide the Union with the name, job title, department, work location, work, home and personal cellular telephone numbers, personal email addresses, and home addresses of all employees in the bargaining unit every 90 days, but no less than once every 120 days.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Employee Orientation Each and every person working for a contractor, including sub- contractors, will be given an orientation to familiarize them with the site safety program. Unless otherwise specified, each sub-contractor is responsible for the orientation of their workers.

  • Employee Workload ‌ The Employer shall ensure that an employee’s workload is not unsafe as a result of employee absence(s). Employees may refer safety related workload concerns to the Occupational Health and Safety Committee for investigation under Article 22.3 (Occupational Health and Safety Committee).

  • Employee and Family Assistance Program (a) A province-wide Employee and Family Assistance Program for employees and members of their immediate family, with whom the employee normally resides, shall be provided.

  • Employee and Family Assistance Plan The CODC PRO Care Plan is an industry-funded employee and family assistance plan for employees and their eligible family members according to the participation of sponsoring organizations and employers as well as Plan eligibility rules. Employees must be enrolled in the Plan by their employer to become eligible for Plan benefits, subject to the Plan eligibility rules. An individual employee cannot self-enroll in the Plan.   • In-Training Employment 1. The Employer may designate specific positions, groups of positions, or all positions in a job classification or series as in-training. The Employer will document the training program, including a description and length of the program.

  • EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING 1. The State agrees to provide advice and counseling to employees with respect to career advancement opportunities and agency developments which have an impact on their careers.
