Vacation Payments. (a) Payments of vacation pay to employees will be made in advance. If an employee is permanently laid off or resigns, vacation pay or fraction thereof shall be payable in cash or check on the regular pay day for the week of separation.

Vacation Payments. Payments for vacation pay to employees entitled to one (1) weeks' vacation or fraction thereof will be made in advance. Vacation pay for the second (2nd) and third (3rd) week's vacation or fraction thereof will be made in advance of the time off or may be paid in lieu of time off as follows: Second (2nd) week or fraction ‑ first regular pay day after return to work from time‑off vacations. Third (3rd) week or fraction ‑ regular pay day preceding Christmas Day but at least one (1) week before Christmas Day. Such vacation (time off) or vacation pay shall be paid at the straight time hourly rates of pay (excluding a shift premium) in effect for said employees at the time of taking vacation or receiving fractional vacation pay upon separation from employment. In figuring all earned vacation, a percentage of the regular straight‑time hours worked during the year preceding May 1 will be used to determine the vacation pay. Overtime is not to be used in computing vacation time.

Vacation Payments. (a) Vacation payments for all eligible employees shall be available at least one (1) week prior to the employee’s scheduled vacation date. (b) Vacations for eligible regular full time em­ ployees shall be paid for at that employee’s current rate of pay for a regular work week. (c) Vacations for eligible part time employees shall be computed on the basis of their average hours worked for the year directly prior to their eligibility date multiplied by their current hourly rate of pay. Holiday weeks not worked and vacation v / periods not worked shall not be counted in such com­ putation. (d) Vacations are not cumulative from year to year. (e) Any employee whose employment termin­ ates prior to his eligibility date shall not be entitled to vacation consideration. Any employee who becomes eligible for a vacation but whose employment terminates before taking said vacation shall receive his vacation pay.
Vacation Payments. Xxxxxx agrees that the payment provided in paragraph 3(a) is inclusive of any earned but unused vacation for 2013.
