New Hire Screening. At the beginning of employment, health center employees will provide the Employer with immunization and/or lab test records to document immune status required to meet government, industry, and employer standards. In the absence of these records, the Employer will arrange to provide or pay for required examinations, TB testing, titers, and/or vaccinations.
