For all time worked by all employees between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., a premium of seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour shall be paid. The seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour night premium shall go into effect in the first full pay period after ratification. The night premium shall be retroactive to July 17, 2021.
