Common use of Night Premium Clause in Contracts

Night Premium. Effective April 1, 2021, a night shift premium of $0.25 per hour shall be payable for all hours worked on the night shift (e.g. between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. or 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.).

Night Premium. The Night shift shall be payable for all defined as any shift in which the majority of hours worked on the night shift (e.g. occur between 10 11:00 p.m. and 6 a.m. or 11 p.m. and 7 7:00 a.m.).
