NON ATTENDANCE TIME. 43.1 A Teacher is not required or requested to attend at the School during Non Attendance Time but is required to perform such classroom associated duties as are determined by the Teacher as being reasonably necessary to enable the proper performance of the Teacher‟s role. The Teacher‟s role is defined by the Employer. A Teacher who occupies a Position of Responsibility may, by mutual agreement, be required to attend during a period of Non Attendance Time where attendance is required as part of the role.
