Non-Business Hours. 4.1 Customer will be billed at the then-current hourly rate for labor and travel for service provided during non-Business Hours. Hourly rates for service provided during non-Business Hours are $750/hour for service provided after 5:00 pm and for service provided on holidays and weekends.
Non-Business Hours. Non-Business Hours are 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on County workdays and all day on weekends and County Holidays. During Non-Business Hours, the Help Desk will provide assistance with the following issues:
1.1.2.1 Priority Level 1 – High: as described in section 2 of this Schedule.
1.1.2.2 User account password resets for Member and Affiliate agencies.
1.1.2.3 During Non-Business Hours, Agencies should only contact County using the Help Desk phone number 000.000.0000 for issues that cannot wait until the next business day.
Non-Business Hours. 1. Off-site and on-site as normally scheduled or as negotiated per issue.
Non-Business Hours. Services performed outside of normal business hours shall be at the rate of one and one half (1.5) times the normal hourly rate, unless otherwise specified in the proposals, quotes and/or SOWs.
Non-Business Hours. Upon request to Landlord, Tenant shall have the right to use the Premises beyond Business Hours and on weekends and holidays upon the express condition that Tenant shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for any and all building services required and attributable to such excess use, charged at the rates reasonably determined by Landlord from time to time. Payment for excess use of services shall be deemed Additional Rent and shall be paid to Landlord monthly, together with Base Rent.
Non-Business Hours. Goods received or delivered during other than usual business hours (5:00 am – 10:00 pm. Monday – Friday local time), at Customer’s request, will be subject to an additional charge as specified in the Agreement.
Non-Business Hours. If an acute incident occurs during non-business hours, the facility will contact the county-of-origin. They may attempt to contact the contracted ambulance company, but in the event a BLS rig is not available, the facility will contact a local ambulance company to arrange transport. • If the local ambulance company needs to transport the client to the nearest hospital for medical clearance, the facility will direct the hospital’s emergency department to contact the county-of- origin so transportation may be arranged between the emergency department and county-of- origin.
Non-Business Hours. The Employee is free to conduct personal and business activities that do not conflict with his Employment during non-business hours.
