Common use of Non-Classroom Assignments Clause in Contracts

Non-Classroom Assignments. Full-time faculty members who provide tutorial, library, counseling and learning disability services will be assigned 30 LHE per academic year. Workload hours will focus on direct student contact, outreach, and program specific assignments. The Xxxx has the right to assign to and/or approve of each full-time faculty member’s workload. The Xxxx and faculty member will mutually agree to office hours, and committee/college service hours.
