Non-Continuous. All other nurses shall be considered as non-continuous employees.
Non-Continuous. An employee shall be paid time and one-half (1 ½) for the first (1st) eight (8) hours worked and double time thereafter, on any general holiday listed in Article 11, or day observed as such under the terms of this Agreement. All general holidays listed herein shall be paid on an eight (8) hour basis.

Non-Continuous. Night Shift: A night shift which does not continue for at least three consecutive night shifts or for at least 22.8 ordinary hours will be paid at double time for all hours on the Night Shift in lieu of the 30% Night Shift Penalty.
