No open flames i.e. candle burning is permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS Absolutely NO PETS are allowed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found on the premises tenant will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit. Where, under the provisions of clause 4.11, substitution holidays are provided, the Saturday or Sunday for which substitution is made will be deemed not to be a holiday, provided that payment in respect of duty performed on 25 December falling on a Saturday or Sunday will be as prescribed in clause 4.13.
