Non-NIST Union Representatives. The Employer recognizes that the Union may designate non- NIST employees as union representatives to participate in labor-management activities on its behalf. In such situations, the Employer agrees to facilitate access to the NIST campus and employees, to the extent permissible under campus security policies. All requests for campus access by non-NIST union representatives should be submitted in advance to allow sufficient time to coordinate access, meeting facilities, and bargaining unit employee and/or management availability.
