Common use of Normal Workweek Clause in Contracts

Normal Workweek. For the purposes of determining application of an Employee’s regular compensation rate, the Employee’s normal work schedule shall be eighty (80) hours in a biweekly period The normal workweek begins at 12:01 a.m. Sunday and ends the following Saturday at 12:00 midnight
