Notice and Evidence for Personal/Carer’s, Compassionate or Unpaid family and domestic violence leave. An Employee is entitled to leave under this clause where the Employee complies with the following notice and documentation requirements:

  • Family and Domestic Violence Leave 46.1 For the purposes of this clause, “family and domestic violence” and “family member” are defined in the Award.

  • Domestic Violence Leave Domestic or Sexual Violence Leave will be granted in accordance with the Employment Standards Act as amended from time to time.

  • Personal/Carer’s Leave a) Personal/carer’s leave is defined in accordance with Section 244 of the Act and includes paid sick leave (accrued under the AFPCS) and paid or unpaid carer’s leave (accrued under the AFPCS). Casual employees shall have no entitlement to paid personal/carer’s leave.

  • Family Violence Leave Family Violence Leave as provided for by the Holidays Act 2003 is in addition to other leave allowances within the collective agreement.
