Public Holiday Entitlement. 30.1 Weekly employees will be entitled to holidays on the following days: (a) New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day; and (b) The following days, as prescribed in the relevant States, Territories and localities: (c) An additional day on the following basis: (i) In New South Wales, Union Picnic Day on the Tuesday immediately following Easter Monday (Easter Tuesday); (ii) In Tasmania, the day on which Regatta Day is observed; (iii) In Queensland the day on which Royal National Show (or Exhibition Day) is observed; (iv) In South Australia the day on which Adelaide Cup Day is observed; (v) In Victoria the day on which Melbourne Cup Day is observed; (vi) In Western Australia the day on which Foundation Day is observed; and 30.2 Substitute days (a) When Christmas Day is a Saturday or Sunday, a holiday in lieu will be observed on 27 December.

Public Holiday Entitlement. The following days are recognised as Public Holidays by this Agreement: New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day; Anzac Day, Queen’s Birthday, Labour Day, and Melbourne Cup Day (or local equivalent). Where an employee is not required to work on the day he/she will not have any deduction from the normal ordinary weekly pay. Employees will be reasonably required to make themselves available if the public holidays referenced above is deemed by the employer to be a work day. If an employee works on a nominated Public Holidays they will be paid double time and a half for the hours worked. Where New Years Day, Australia Day or Anzac Day is a Saturday or Sunday a holiday in lieu thereof shall be observed on the next Monday. Where Christmas Day falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, 27 December shall be observed as the public holiday in lieu of the prescribed day. Where Boxing Day falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, 28 December shall be observed as the Public holiday in lieu of the prescribed day.

Public Holiday Entitlement. (a) Employees are entitled to paid public holidays in accordance with the National Employment Standards. (b) By agreement between the Company and the majority of Employees at the workplace another day or different days may be substituted for the said days or any of them as to that workplace. (c) Further, the Company and an Employee may agree to substitute another day or days for the said days or any of them as to that workplace.

Public Holiday Entitlement. Employees are entitled to paid Public Holidays in accordance with the NES. By agreement between the Employer and an Employee, another day or different days may be substituted for the said days or any of them. Further, the Employer and an Employee may agree to substitute another day or days for the said days or any of them as to that workplace.
