Notice of Address Changes. (a) Notice to an employee may be given personally or by prepaid registered post, or by telegram to the last address shown on the Hospital’s records and such notice shall be deemed to have been given three (3) days after having been delivered to the telegraph or postal authorities. (b) Employees are expected to keep the Hospital informed of their address.
