Notice of Employee Resignation. Regular full-time, regular full-time seasonal, regular part-time and regular part-time seasonal employees shall give fifteen (15) working days' written notice of resignation to the Employer, however, the Employer may waive the notice requirement if the Employer agrees that cause exists to justify lesser or no notice.
