NOTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT. Employee shall notify any future or prospective employers, partners or persons with a similar business relationship to Employee ("Future Employers") about the terms of this Agreement for any period during Employee's employment by Employer and for two (2) years after the termination of Employee's employment by Employer. Employee does hereby authorize Employer to notify any Future Employers about the terms of this Agreement upon discovery by Employer that Employee is being considered for employment, partnership or similar business relationship (or has entered into such a relationship) with a Future Employer in order to ensure Employee's observance and compliance herewith.
NOTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT. The District agrees to post a copy of this Agreement on the District website and provide a New CSEA Employee Contract Agreement Acknowledgement Form (Appendix F) to any new employee in the bargaining unit. The District will provide a copy of the New CSEA Employee Contract Agreement Acknowledgement Form to the Association in a timely manner.
NOTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT. After execution and recording of the reimbursement agreement, the installing Developer shall certify, by affidavit, that all owners of properties obligated to provide reimbursement have been notified in writing through certified mail with return receipt requested. The Local Entity shall then cause to be published a public notice listing the properties and reimbursement amounts. The Local Entity shall endeavor to provide notice on future plats of property obligated to provide reimbursement of the recorded agreement, but the failure to provide notice shall not relieve the owner of the platted property of any reimbursement obligation.

Employee does hereby authorize IAC to notify any Future Employers about the terms of this Agreement upon discovery by IAC that Employee is being considered for employment, partnership or similar business relationship (or has entered into such a relationship) with a Future Employer in order to ensure Employee's observance and compliance herewith.
NOTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT. Union Representatives will meet with new employees after completion of Drivers’ Training School. The District will notify the Union at the completion of each class from the Drivers’ Training School. The intent of this provision is to allow the Union to inform the new employees of the benefits provided under the Memorandum of Agreement and application for membership in the Health and Welfare Plan. Further, the Union will also inform the new employees of the advantages of becoming a member of the Union.

Employee does hereby authorize NAI Direct to notify any Future Employers about the terms of this Agreement upon discovery by NAI Direct that Employee is being considered for employment, partnership or similar business relationship (or has entered into such a relationship) with a Future Employer in order to ensure Employee's observance and compliance herewith.
NOTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT. Employee shall notify any future or prospective employers, partners or persons with a similar business relationship to Employee ("Future Employers") about the terms of this Agreement for any period for which the covenants contained above pertains. Employee does hereby authorize ATM to notify any Future Employers about the terms of this Agreement upon discovery by ATM that Employee is being considered for employment, partnership or similar business relationship (or has entered into such a relationship) with a Future Employer in order to ensure Employee's observance and compliance herewith.
NOTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT. Executive agrees that, in the event he seeks or is offered employment with any other person or organization which, as to all or any part of its business, is a Competing Organization, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year period following the termination of Executive’s employment with United Therapeutics, Executive shall advise such person or organization of the existence of this Agreement and shall immediately provide such other person or organization with a complete and accurate copy of this Agreement. Executive further agrees that United Therapeutics may, in its sole discretion, notify any such other person or organization of United Therapeutics’ understanding of the requirements of this Agreement and of such steps, if any, as United Therapeutics may take to ensure compliance with or enforcement of this Agreement.
NOTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT. Within 30 days of the effective date of this Agreement, Contractor shall prepare and display, in a prominent place accessible to all employees a letter regarding Contractor’s administrative agreement with the Army. Before displaying that letter, Contractor will send the proposed letter to the Army for review. The letter shall state:
a. the basis for this Agreement;
b. Contractor’s commitment to observe all applicable laws and regulations, and to maintain the highest standards in conducting business as a Government contractor or subcontractor;
c. a brief description of the features of the Contractor Responsibility Program; and
d. that employees shall report all alleged improprieties to Contractor’s hotline, in response to which Contractor will conduct an investigation and recommend appropriate corrective action, and that employees may make such reports to the DoD hotline without revealing their identity.
NOTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT. The Borrower has sufficiently notified all holders of the Phase II Debt of the effectiveness of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents so that the Administrative Agent is entitled to receive all notices of default under the Phase II Debt Documents.
