Notification of Assignments. Teachers shall be given written notice of any tentative change in teaching assignments for the forthcoming year no later than seventy-five (75) days before the opening of school. In the event it is necessary to change the tentative teaching assignments after that date, the teacher affected shall be promptly notified and consulted. If the change in teaching assignment is not acceptable to the teacher, the teacher shall be allowed to resign with thirty (30) days notice.
