Common use of Notification of Assignments Clause in Contracts

Notification of Assignments. All regularly employed employees shall be given written notice of their tentative assignments for the forthcoming year not later than ninety (90) days preceding the first day of the new school term. In the event changes in such assignments are proposed, the employees affected shall be notified promptly and consulted.
