Provision of Collective Agreements. The Company shall pay for all costs associated to print and distribute a new collective agreement to the membership. The Company shall ensure that all employees and owner operators are provided with a copy of the collective agreement as soon as they are printed or upon hire. Each Local Union shall receive an additional allotment upon request as required for collective agreement administration, subject to availability.

Provision of Collective Agreements. The Employer shall contribute fifty percent (50%) of the cost, to a maximum of two thousand dollars ($2000.00), towards the cost of printing 2003-2006 Collective Agreements subject to the following conditions: (a) the Employer be provided with a reasonable opportunity to review the draft Agreement prior to printing in order to confirm that it conforms in all aspects with the "TRUE" signed copies of this 2003-2006 Collective Agreement; and (b) that the number of Collective Agreements printed be sufficient to provide each member in the bargaining unit with 1 (one) copy, and an additional 50 copies for the Department's use.

If the final recommendation is negative, the candidate shall be informed in writing. Any written statement provided by the candidate shall be added to his/her dossier. (ix) In every instance where the Committee is unable to reach a unanimous recommendation, a statement of the recommendation signed by each committee member, which shall include a description of any disagreement within the committee concerning its recommendation, shall be forwarded to the Library Rank Promotion Committee.
