NURSE DELEGATION. Nurse delegated caregivers who serve clients with requirements for nurse delegated care shall be paid an additional twenty cents ($0.20) per hour, in addition to his/her rate of pay.

NURSE DELEGATION. Any employee that has a nurse delegation certification shall receive a differential of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour, which will only apply to hours worked for a client that requires nurse delegation.

NURSE DELEGATION. School nurses agree to delegate responsibility for EpiPen administration. Such delegation shall include, but not be limited, to training and monitoring of said personnel and shall conform to all applicable regulations of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Board of Registration in Nursing. NURSE DELEGATION. A nurse delegated caregiver shall receive a differential of twenty-five cents per hour ($0.25) for all hours worked for a client for whom the caregiver has been delegated a nursing task.

NURSE DELEGATION. The parties acknowledge that the professional staff nurse, within her or his license, is responsible for determining whom to delegate a task, based on patient assessment. · As provided for in the Nurse Practice Act (RCW 18.88), a nurse may only delegate a task (including medication administration) to unlicensed personnel in situations where it can be performed safely and competently. It is not the intention of this acknowledgement to interfere with the right of the Employer to determine the appropriate staffing mix on a particular nursing unit, but rather to re-enforce the parties' acknowledgement of the applications of the Nurse Practice Act.

NURSE DELEGATION. ‌ Within 120 days after the ratification of the 2019-2021 Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Labor Management Committee will meet with the purpose to discuss a Nurse Delegation Differential. The goals for the committee will be to work toward creating criteria for an effective incentive for nurse delegated tasks and duration of tasks, and the amount to be paid.
