Delegation of Responsibility Transmission Provider may use the services of subcontractors as it deems appropriate to perform its obligations under this LGIP. Transmission Provider shall remain primarily liable to Interconnection Customer for the performance of such subcontractors and compliance with its obligations of this LGIP. The subcontractor shall keep all information provided confidential and shall use such information solely for the performance of such obligation for which it was provided and no other purpose.

ASSIGNMENT, DELEGATION AND SUBCONTRACTING Seller shall not assign any of its rights or interest in this contract or subcontract all or substantially all of its performance of this contract without Buyer's prior written consent. Seller shall not delegate any of its duties or obligations under this contract. Seller may assign its right to monies due or to become due. No assignment, delegation or subcontracting by Xxxxxx, with or without Xxxxx's consent, shall relieve Seller of any of its obligations under this contract or prejudice any of Buyer's rights against Seller whether arising before or after the date of any assignment. This article does not limit Seller's ability to purchase standard commercial supplies or raw materials.
DELEGATION OF FUNCTIONS 5.1 The functions that must be delegated by the Health Board to the Integration Joint Board are set out in Part 1 of Annex 1. The services to which these functions relate, which are currently provided by the Health Board and which are to be integrated, are set out in Part 2 of Annex 1.
Union Delegate 32.5 Where an Employee is elected by Employees of the Employer as a Union Delegate, and the Union notifies the Employer of this election, the Employee will be classified as the higher of CW4, or the Employees usual classification. In addition, a Union Delegate is entitled to an all- purpose hourly allowance for the life of this agreement as per the table at Appendix 2 – Delegate Allowance.
DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.
