Nurse Educational Incentives. To encourage and recognize professional growth for 7 nurses, the following educational incentive stipends will be paid for the following 8 educational levels: 10 Education Level 11 BA or BS Degree 12 MS Degree (in Nursing or 13 related medical field) 14 Graduate Study – 15 quarter hours 15 Graduate Study – 30 quarter hours 16 Graduate Study – 45 quarter hours 17 18 15.5 The District will adjust all incentive payments in Article 15 – Incentive Pay by the 19 same percentage as that which is applied to the salary schedule on Appendix A in 20 any year of this agreement. 21
