NURSE SALARIES. The annual salaries in effect for school nurses will be as it appears in Appendix A. A school nurse will, upon hiring, be placed on the first step of the above salary schedule in the Bachelor’s degree column with an RN Diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s degree or the Master’s degree column with an RN Master’s degree. He/she will be placed on the first step of the appropriate degree column or, if the superintendent determines that such nurse has prior experience for which credit should be granted, on the step of the salary schedule which the superintendent determines is appropriate considering such experience.

NURSE SALARIES. All steps on the salary schedule for nurses shall be increased by $750. A new Step 9 shall be added that is 2% higher than the new Step 8, and a new Step 10 shall be added that is 2% higher than Step 9. The stipend for a Masters degree shall be increased to $1500.
NURSE SALARIES. Article 43(H)(1) shall be deleted and replaced with the following: The nurses’ salary schedule for the period September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2022 shall be generated by increasing all steps on the nurses’ salary schedule for September 1, 2020 by 1.700%. The nurses’ salary schedule for the period September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023 shall be generated by increasing all steps on the nurses’ salary schedule for September 1, 2021 by the same percentage as that applied to the teachers’ salary schedule for the 2022-23 school year. The nurses’ salary schedule for the period September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024 shall be generated by increasing all steps on the nurses’ salary schedule for September 1, 2022 by the same percentage as that applied to the teachers’ salary schedule for the 2023-24 school year. A new Step 11 shall be added effective September 1, 2022 that is 1.500% higher than Step 10, and a new Step 12 shall be added effective September 1, 2023 that is 1.500% higher than the new Step 11.

  • Basic Salaries The basic salaries of employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to, and incorporated in this Agreement. These salaries shall remain in effect from July 1 through June 30.

Librarian $43,835 Faculty Members earning a base salary below the effective minima shall move to the new minima and receive any across-the-board and compression increase under Article 10 on his or her minima. Faculty Members who will receive regional campus increases under Article 10 of this Agreement shall receive those increases before any adjustment to meet the minimum salary required by this Article.

  • Base Salary During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay Executive a base salary at the annual rate of $250,000, payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company's usual payment practices. Executive shall be entitled to such increases in Executive's base salary, if any, as may be determined from time to time in the sole discretion of the Board. Executive's annual rate of base salary, as in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as the "Base Salary."

  • SALARIES wages and other similar remuneration, other than a pension, paid by a Contracting State or a political subdivision or a local authority thereof to an individual in respect of services rendered to that State or subdivision or authority shall be taxable only in that State.

  • Executive Compensation Until such time as the Investor ceases to own any debt or equity securities of the Company acquired pursuant to this Agreement or the Warrant, the Company shall take all necessary action to ensure that its Benefit Plans with respect to its Senior Executive Officers comply in all respects with Section 111(b) of the EESA as implemented by any guidance or regulation thereunder that has been issued and is in effect as of the Closing Date, and shall not adopt any new Benefit Plan with respect to its Senior Executive Officers that does not comply therewith. “Senior Executive Officers” means the Company's "senior executive officers" as defined in subsection 111(b)(3) of the EESA and regulations issued thereunder, including the rules set forth in 31 C.F.R. Part 30.

  • Salary No salary will be paid to a Member for the performance of his or her duties under this Agreement unless the salary has been approved in writing by a Majority of the Members.

  • Annual Base Salary During the Term, the Executive shall receive a base salary at an initial rate of $550,000 per annum, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, subject to review annually for possible increase, but not decrease, in the Board’s discretion (the “Annual Base Salary”).

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Medical Expenses 1. Employees exposed to hazardous physical, biological, or chemical agents shall be provided, at no cost to the employee, with medical examinations or evaluations required by VOSHA regulations. If there are no specific VOSHA regulations or standards for the agent in question, recommendations of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health or other generally recognized expert organization shall be used, as determined by the Commissioner of Health.
