OC Uniform and Attire. Each OC must present a positive image of UNC Charlotte by dressing appropriately for all sessions. Each OC will receive uniform shirts and will be required to have their own black shorts or pants or skirt, and close-toed shoes. In order to create a professional image, OC’s must have the correct polo on every day, the appropriate nametag must be worn at all times, and shorts must be of fingertip length. All attire is at the discretion of the staff and OCs may be asked to change if they do not meet standards. All uniform items are given to OCs on the condition of their employment. Should an OC not continue or be terminated from their position, all uniform items (polos, day 2 shirts, backpack, paddle, nametag, etc.) given to that individual by the Office of New Student & Family Services must be returned within 24 hours. All unreturned items will be deducted from the OC’s final paycheck.

All uniform items are given to OCs on the condition of their employment.   • Benefits on Layoff (The following clause is applicable to full-time employees only) In the event of a lay-off of a full-time employee the Hospital shall pay its share of insured benefits premium up to three (3) months from the end of the month in which the lay-off occurs or until the laid off employee is employed elsewhere, whichever occurs first.

  • Employee Orientation Each and every person working for a contractor, including sub- contractors, will be given an orientation to familiarize them with the site safety program. Unless otherwise specified, each sub-contractor is responsible for the orientation of their workers.

  • PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION BENEFITS, LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS The following items are limited or excluded from your Prescription Medication coverage:

  • New Employee Orientations The County shall provide the Union written notice of County-wide new employee orientations, whether in person or online, at least ten (10) business days prior to the orientation. The notice shall include time, date, and location of the orientation. Representatives of the Union shall be permitted to meet with the new employees for up to thirty (30) minutes during a portion of the orientation for which attendance is mandatory. The Union shall provide the County at least five (5) business days prior to the orientation any materials it would like the County to distribute to new employees at the orientation. If the Union staff are unavailable, the County shall grant release time for one (1) union xxxxxxx to attend the orientation pursuant to Section 6.2.1 The County shall make best efforts to provide the Union with the name, job title, department, work location, work, home and personal cellular telephone numbers, personal email addresses, and home addresses of all employees in the bargaining unit every 90 days, but no less than once every 120 days.

  • Uniforms and Protective Clothing 28.1 Where the employer requires an employee to wear a uniform, it shall be provided free of charge, but shall remain the property of the employer.

  • TREATMENT OF FRINGE BENEFITS The fringe benefits are charged using the rate(s) listed in the Fringe Benefits Section of this Agreement. The fringe benefits included in the rate(s) are listed below. TREATMENT OF PAID ABSENCES Vacation, holiday, sick leave pay and other paid absences are included in salaries and wages and are claimed on grants, contracts and other agreements as part of the normal cost for salaries and wages. Separate claims are not made for the cost of these paid absences.

  • UNIFORMS AND TOOLS The Employer agrees to furnish and supply all its employees, without cost, laundered aprons and uniforms and such tools as are necessary in the discharge of their work and also service such tools at no cost to the employees.

  • ANTI DISCRIMINATION AND ANTI HARASSMENT Contractor and/or any subcontractor shall not unlawfully discriminate against or harass any individual including, but not limited to, any employee or volunteer of the County of Marin based on race, color, religion, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, age or condition of disability. Contractor and/or any subcontractor understands and agrees that Contractor and/or any subcontractor is bound by and will comply with the anti discrimination and anti harassment mandates of all Federal, State and local statutes, regulations and ordinances including, but not limited to, County of Marin Personnel Management Regulation (PMR) 21.

  • Certification Regarding Lobbying Applicable to Grants Subgrants, Cooperative Agreements, and Contracts Exceeding $100,000 in Federal Funds Submission of this certification is a prerequisite for making or entering into this transaction and is imposed by section 1352, Title 31, U.S. Code. This certification is a material representation of fact upon which reliance was placed when this transaction was made or entered into.
