Common use of OCCUPATIONAL ILLNESS OR ACCIDENT Clause in Contracts

OCCUPATIONAL ILLNESS OR ACCIDENT. In the event that an employee becomes incapable of performing the duties of his/her regular classification through occupational illness or industrial accident, the Employer may transfer the employee without loss of pay to a position for which he/she is qualified provided the change can be accomplished without displacing another employee.
