OCCUPATIONAL ILLNESS OR ACCIDENT. During the period of occupational illness or accident where an employee accepts no compensation benefits under the Workers' Compensation Act and returns those benefits to the Township in exchange for his normal pay check, that sick leave time charged will be pro-rated for that portion which is not covered by the compensation benefits.

OCCUPATIONAL ILLNESS OR ACCIDENT. During the period of occupational illness or accident where an employee accepts no compensation benefits under the Workers' Worker's Compensation Act and or returns those benefits to the Township in exchange for his his/her normal pay check, that the sick leave time charged will be pro-rated prorated for that portion which is not covered by the compensation benefits. It is the intent of this paragraph that no employee shall be charged for any sick time due to "on job" injuries involving Worker's Compensation.
