Wages of Discharged Employee. When an employee separates from employment, all the unpaid wages of the employee are due and payable on the next regular payday for the pay period during which the employee was separated from employment or fifteen (15) days from the date of separation from employment, whichever occurs first, either through the regular pay channels or by mail if requested by the employee.
Wages of Discharged Employee. Upon receipt of notice of discharge, the discharged employee may demand payment of all wages and lump-sum payments for accrued benefits to which the employee was entitled to as of the date of the discharge.
