The company will make superannuation contributions at the level prescribed by the Superannuation Guarantee Act for each eligible employee into an approved Fund nominated by the Employee. If a fund has not been nominated by the employee within the time prescribed by the Superannuation Guarantee Act then the Employer will make the payment due on behalf of the Employee to the default fund which is Colonial First State
